JDLR is a very common term in the casino surveillance world; operators use it to communicate that they've seen something that Just Don't (Doesn't) Look Right. Many of the industry's biggest cases started with a JDLR. We like to use JDLRs as a fun way to develop observation and situational awareness skills that you can practice any time, any where.
Can you find a JDLR (something odd or out of place) in each of the images below?
We like a challenge too! Click the "Chat" icon to send us a snapshot of your own JDLRs!
The first of two books written by Boss and Zajic highlighting methods for everything from surveillance coverage to investigation and interview techniques for every area of the casino. This book is a critical tool for beginners and constant reference for security/surveillance professionals of all experience levels.
